The Photographer
My passion is creating a space where you can be at ease with one another and create beautiful personal photographs capturing your unique story and personalities together. My approach is a little documentary and a little editorial/cinematic but mostly my aim is to capture your day as it unfolds, capturing all the little details you’ve put time and effort into and everyone having the best time. I love to create beautiful photographs that aren’t overly staged but feel like you. So when you look through your gallery, it’s captured that feeling of why you belong together.
CALUM
The Videographer
My passion is your cinematic highlight film, and for me it isn’t a document of your wedding day but rather a stand alone creative, romantic and intimate film about your story and your love surrounded by your family and friends. I look for those special moments, the little smile, that knowing look, the unique way you show how much you love the other. My approach to capturing your wedding is discreet and to feel like you don’t know you’re being filmed. It’s this approach that allows me to capture the intimate and emotional real moments for your wedding film.

Best Friends
We love when couples are truly each others best friend. Where you’ve found that deep friendship that’s become love. Where you bring the best out in one another, encourage one another and accept each other’s limits. We often photograph weddings of couples that have a deep love and respect of each other at the core of who they are. And it might sound soppy, but that’s where the magic happens at weddings! Watching this moment of unity in friendship and in love, unfold.
WHEN WOMEN HAVE A VOICE
We love when women speak up at weddings! So often people choose the traditional way of having speeches but you can break that mold and have your mum do a speech, if you’re a bride then you could do a speech, or a bridesmaid, sister, best friend. You name it! Mix it up and break the mold because hearing women’s voices at weddings is really important. We’ve done plenty of weddings where we’ve had just this and it’s been beautiful to see this role shared and where everyone feels comfortable to express their love! We’re also 100% on board for joint couples speeches, which is a great meet in the middle.
PERSONAL VOWS
If you’re contemplating writing personal vows then we say absolutely do it. It’s one of the best moments at the ceremony, in our experience. It makes your ceremony that bit more unique. And if you choose to have video with Calum it’s something he will often use. It’s heartfelt, honest, romantic and intimate. What’s better than that on your wedding day?
VULNERABILTY
There are so many moments at a wedding where you can feel vulnerable, whether it’s in front of everyone getting married or making your vows or doing your speech. We’re here to say lean into it! Don’t be afraid to show your vulnerable authentic self. Express how you feel in front of your family and friends. When we have couples & speakers who really embrace this, it changes the atmosphere and everyone feels it. It’s that emotion that we love to capture.
PARTY TIME
We always recommend having a band at your wedding to really get the party started! It really helps the flow of the evening. We absolutely love everyone dancing and especially watch out for grandparents whipping out the best choreography. Honestly, they kill it on the dancefloor! We love capturing everyone letting go and dancing free. You’ll find Alexandra weaving in and out of you to get the best shots.
We hired Alexandra and Calum for our wedding photography and videography in April of this year. They were without a doubt one of the best decisions we made. They slotted into our day seamlessly, they never felt to be intrusive just always blending into the background as if they were part of our guests.
